Sorry, but I cannot reproduce your issue.

• Make sure to use My Ecobee Device as the smartapp will not work with any other ecobee implementation (ST stock device or else).
• My ecobee device is available at my store only: www.ecomatiqhomes.com/store

• Make sure to specify a valid outdoor humidity sensor with the Relative Humidity Measurement capability.

• Set detailed notification to true in the smartapp (Other setttings, last page) prior to click on live logging.

I am using AccuWeather Connect as my outdoor "sensor". It appears to provide humidity.
