Did you run ./download-latest-db.sh inside the prjtrellis folder to get the database which is needed to build the chipdb? What is inside the prjtrellis/database folder?

Ah, I went through the install steps multiple times missed that particular step every time. It compiled and installed just fine.
Thanks!
I still get the cmake message saying "No header defined for python-py366; skipping header check". Should I be concerned about this?

That's fine - it is just checking different Boost Python naming possibilities as they vary distro to distro. In this case, python-py36 was found and used successfully.
