Finds course then doesn't download about stackskills-dl

All of them. I'm unable to completely download any courses and there are a few courses where it doesn't even start to download at all. I'm running into the same problem on two different machines, both running macOS 10.12.4 with ruby 2.4.1.

I've removed and reinstalled youtube-dl and the stackskills-dl script on both as well but it's persisting.

I was able to finally download some of the courses I have to completion. It looks like I had a problem with wget needing to be updated/reinstalled!

But there are still probably 5 or so courses that I just for whatever reason can't download.
This is the only error all of those courses gives me:

Thanks for the update :) The bug has been fixed now, caused by some missteps while refactoring the code some while ago. Closing issue for now, please re-open if the problem persists.
