When trying to do moodle quiz try it on official site. https://moodle.org/demo . Select Orange school , login info : NAME: student
PASSWORD: moodle . try any quiz. found out that launching quiz locally can cause extention not to work at all.
EDIT: also i think video tutorial would be appreciated by many. I can do it if you dont have time for it.

Yhea it's not working because of the domain name or because of your brother that do not accept extension to access to local files. I already wondered about a video but dont have enough time for it even to work on the extension for now.
