Update? about aq

Hi guys.

I am so busy, sorry that maintenance of this repository was not adequate. However, development continues, of course.

As you know, Facebook and Tencent released a very strong bot with AlphaGo reimplementation. This method requires a lot of resources, perhaps it will still take some time to catch up even with a smart distributed system like Leela Zero.

AQ is currently being developed with a completely different approach, and it is necessary to review all existing codes. Hopefully, the next version (probably 3.0.0) is going to release around this summer, so please wait for a while.
