@jdtangney I tracked down the issue: It looks like the URL for the San Francisco Public Library changed to: https://sfpl.overdrive.com/. When I use your example config with that URL it works as expected:

The error message is, unfortunately, not helpful at all. When I have a bit of time, I'll make sure that URLs not pointing to a library are handled more gracefully. For the time being, I'll update the documention so that at least we have a working example.
