BaseInflector::id2camel() does not work for upper case words about strings

That would change how already CamelCased words will be translated. Not sure it's what we need. Anyway, that's not for 2.0.x.

So, for now, maybe I can open a new issue in yiisoft/yii2-gii asking change Inflector::id2camel() by a direct conversion 'in line'. Gii is my main concern.

While this, I extended the Generator class and overrided its generateClassName() method to fix the problem for that project.

@samdark said this issue is ready for adoption. But there is still a question: should we change just id2camel method (by adding strtolower inside it) or it's job for the BaseStringHelper::mb_ucfirst() method?

id2camel, I think. Is there anything wrong with mb_ucfirst() implementation?

Won't fix since it's better to stay as an option in Gii.
