Support host-matching about router-fastroute

@rustamwin #29 definitely improves things but there are still some problems:

1. Default name generation for a route in yiisoft/router in getName(). Easy to fix:

   public function getName(): string
   {
       return $this->name ?? $this->host . (implode(', ', $this->methods) . ' ' . $this->pattern);
   }

2. The fact that fastroute can't have two routes for the same pattern but for different domains. That's something to think about. A use-case is two user profiles with /profile URL that use different sub-domains such as https://samdark.yiiframework.com/profile and https://rustamwin.yiiframework.com/profile.
