EloquentDataTable applies relation as JOIN but ignores relation wherePivot filter about laravel-datatables

Unfortunately, complex relations are not yet fully tested/supported. I was planning to use the power-joins package to do the joining work. But until then, I used this package to build the join query for complex relations.

Ok, in order to be able to get the pivot wheres we will need that Laravel adds this to the belongsToMany relation (and other relations too I guess):

    public function getPivotWheres()
    {
        return $this->pivotWheres;
    }

Because the attribute has "protected" visibility
