I think the first two errors can be fixed, by adding -e /run/user/1000/gvfs -e /run/user/1000/doc to the lsof command.

But the zip errors are annoying, filling the whole history in the screen

If you cloned this repository, just go into the folder and enter "git pull" on the console

Im trying to run this commands lsof +D /etc/apache2 and my errors are:

I ran the git pull after cloning the repo and all it said was "Already up to date"
