你好，这个问题之前因为c3p0被fix过一次。上述问题暂时没有复现，定位不到具体原因啊。

在ubuntu系统上，下载tomcat.zip， 然后部署xxl-job war包，之后startup.sh启动tomcat，再执行shutdown.sh后就出现了。shutdown.sh执行后，tomcat进程并没有停止。

@zhangqunshi ，你好，Tomcat通过shutdown.sh脚本终止失败问题已经修复啦，是因为JettyServer的destory逻辑存在瑕疵，master分支已经修复可以参考（com.xxl.job.core.rpc.netcom.jetty.server.JettyServer#destroy）进行修改，也可以直接pull下来master分支体验。
