I'm willing to do that. I'm not that familiar with the PyPi registration and upload process. At the moment, I'm quite busy with some other things so I don't have the time right now to investigate this. But I'll leave this issue here so when I have some time I can do it.

I uploaded it to PyPI because I wanted to use it in a CI process. It's available here: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/aplus/0.11.0
