How should I preprocess the dataset to use the training script? Are the inputs a normalized frame and the label a derivative of the pulse signal for the corresponding frames?

You can follow predict_vitals.py to see how to predict vitals from a video, and this script will also walk you through how to preprocess the videos and how to feed into the model.
