Dependency Issues Installing RPM about xrt

SOLVED:

I have CentOS maintained by IT, so they run some scripts that monitor /etc/yum.conf.d/ repo files. Some of the required packages were not getting installed because Xilinx was disabling them. I found that the most critical repo file was CentOS-Base.repo, and the first item on the list needed to be enabled or at least the lines "enabled=0" needed to be removed. My list eventually looked like this:

We should update the Build Instructions to run src/runtime_src/tools/scripts/xrtdeps.sh.

After these changes, I was able to install XRT-2.1.0-Linux.rpm.
