账号密码中如包含特殊符号可在配置文件中设置。命令行使用的DSN格式先天对特殊字符不友好。yaml配置没有这类问题。我们会在文档中进一步说明

我这使用配置文件也一样有问题。
看了下代码，这个是config.go里面的逻辑有问题导致的。
可以自己先简单修正一下。
