An additional note on this. I've updated the version in the EL2 modpack from 2.7-hotfix to 2.7.2, and the problem appears to have been resolved. As I removed the FramedBlocks jar file, reloaded the game to clear the blocks out of the world files, and then added 2.7.2 back in, I can't say for sure that the upgrade is what actually fixed it.

This crash was fixed in 2.7.1, though I advise you to update to 2.7.2 because that fixes a dupe bug with double slabs and double panels.
On a side note: Please put your crash report on gist.github.com and put a link to that in your issue instead of pasting that wall of text into your issue description.
