建议如果标题重复或标题为空时进行提示

会有提示生成，已修复。但是建议两种情况应分两种情况提示错误。为空时显示名字不能为空，重复时显示名字重复。

- 在添加报纸后自动刷新新闻会在Feeds更新到数据库时出现一下错误 HOT 1
