Looks like you are using a pre release build of the game, it's only compatible for retail.

I recently saw Leafnation's video and he was using the German Debug version of the game and Xenia 1.0.569-canary-FFmpeg build, and seems to be working so that's the reason I asked

Edit: I tried the exact same version as he did and it's the exact same problem

It's retail shown in the video, if it was the pre release build there would be German text on the profile loading screen, and some red text during the EA intro video.

Honestly, now that I think of it, you're right, the debug version displayed the red colored "Juice Disabled 0-PAL" in the intro (my bad) and the audio is in german aswell.
The reason I thought it's the debug version is because the prologue race wasn't finished by Mia's call (the race basically continued) and i got so confused by that.
And I guess that makes it case closed. Thanks again illusion for clarifying the confusion
