Yeah, this is a known issue. It's related to how WPF works and is kinda difficult to fix without screwing something else up. I'll see what can be done though.

I noticed this too, it's really annoying.
Also, can you make it so if you click another tag of the same type it will stay in the current scroll position in the meta editor? Having it reset to the top every time is a little annoying.

It was some stupid WPF bug that was apparently fixed in .net 4.0 (lol), fixed in commit 29aef4c.
