YouTube-MP3-Converter

This is a web interface written in PHP and JavaScript for the youtube-dl script.

Requirements

  • ffmpeg for converting mp4 files to mp3 files.
  • The youtube-dl Python script, which is available at https://github.com/rg3/youtube-dl
  • PHP 5.6 or newer (7.0 is preferred)

Installation

  • Ensure that your web server meets the requirements listed above.
  • Copy code from this repository to your web server.
  • Create a directory named audio that is writable by your PHP process.
