Sh? Are you trying to run the shellshock_test.sh from SH or BASH?
If you notice the oneliner, you need to pipe the contents into bash, not sh.
curl https://shellshocker.net/shellshock_test.sh | bash
Try running
bash shellshock_test.sh
from shellshocker.
