我大概还原了第一个掉格式的原因了：如果我在无序列表模式，我按 backspace 删掉了那个蓝色点，也没有实际退出无序列表模式。这个时候在我电脑如果打开左侧的小控件，无序列表那个按钮还是高亮的。所以当我切换其他页面切换换来，就看到没有把这个格式保存下来。
只有我按 Enter 的时候才真正退出无序列表模式。这个时候改格式才能保存下来。

另外，乱码的问题如果保存成图片却没有乱码。不过图片居然连滚动条也截下来，不知道是不是就用bitmapImageRepForCachingDisplay 做的，反正各种不舒服，
