Question regarding open source model about wire-server

I tried to setup wire-server on my computer and I used the source code in https://github.com/wireapp/wire-server.
But I didn't setup.
If you have experienced in wire-server,

I wonder if Wire server and client will be 100 % open source or if there will be some kind of dual license?

This is a question for our sales ([email protected]).

I'm especially interested whether it will be possible to use team features, presence, conversation export etc. with the open source version.

To the best of my knowledge we don't have any features that are not available in the open source version.

Also is there any external software like admin tools for the Wire server that wouldn't be available as open source software?

Our team settings panel is not open-source yet but we haven't explicitly decided to not open-source it.

Update: account verification and password reset pages are also not open-sourced yet but it's questionable whether they are considered features.
