can't link to a specific section in doc.winglang.io about docsite

I ran git bisect to find the bad commit* and seen that this broke when we introduces authentication

it is not working in f9ad3e4686496bfcddc24e986accc1cf186ca5a6
and it is working in 1c94673a55b727cece9ded71c2ab30c4c577de23

The auth around the docs is less important than having them work correctly, so I suggest we remove the auth and open an issue to put it back without harming the ability to link to sections with a lower priority
