I migrated the seqLogo component to BioJS.

A example of the MSA with the seqLogo can be seen e.g. here.

The current scaling/consenus method is very basic - see #94 for the implementation of different algorithms.

Wow, the example with the seqLogo looks very nice in my eyes. Good job!

Usually, seqLogos have a scale on the left side, showing the information content. For amino acid sequences the information content goes up to 2. I looked at Rob's alignmentviewer.org and it doesn't have the scale either. Let's ask other mentors whether we need a scale.

Another more important observation: it would be desirable to change the colors of the letters in the stacks of the logo viewer according to the color of the letters in the main overview panel. E.g. Zappo would change the color in both - the main panel and the seq logo viewer. In the beginning of the year, I was creating seq logos for a biologist just like that.
