因为发送的图片和视频都没有名字（IM系统中没有保存文件名），所以不能使用关键字来查询图片和视频，只有以文件方式发送的方式才可以用关键字查询（文件消息包含文件名）。

如果获取所有图片或者某个会话的图片和视频，可以调用客户端的获取消息接口，客户端获取消息接口有传入消息类型的参数，传入图片和视频类型，就可以加载您想要的图片和视频了
