Maybe this also is something #26 (making a resource.conf) could handle.
Another approach (which I'd like) would be to remove any sample-like configs from the base library. The base would simply give the tools to integrate Docker with ScalaTest and it would be in the test portions that a certain image is brought into the picture. There is no real reason that some services, and versions, are supported, but others not. Just my 2c.

Concerning resource.conf, there is a special module where you can define containers entirely in config.
Ideally, I'd like to move sample-like configs into separate module, but they are good for tests.
So I think I'll move all of them test scope.
