Hey @LaurentGoderre it is probably me misunderstanding but I did move compile.sass + watch.sass into their respective build.xml for each folder (base, grids, js, theme-gcwu-intranet, theme-gcwu-fegc)
I assume you mean something else. Let me know

Ok sorry, I must admin I didnt keep a close eye on all the recent changes, last time I checked it was last night.
Maybe I'm also behind on this as well but if you didn't notice there is a build file for putting common tasks that is included to the main files. This help keep the main files cleans allow for multiple build files to share the same tasks.
