Cannot use dpad to navigate save editor menus about edizon

Implement a hover selection element. User must navigate to the menu they want to interact with, press 'A' to enter it (user-definable?). Allows the user to use both the dpad or joystick. 'B' to exit interacting with the selected menu element.

This is actually a feature as the dpad increases/decreases int values in the save. Any better ideas how to handle this?
