Please look at LDAP files https://github.com/wekan/wekan/tree/main/packages/wekan-ldap
At docker-compose.yml also have DEBUG=true to view error messages better.
If you find a fix, please send PR like this https://github.com/wekan/wekan/wiki/Emoji
I don't currently have any LDAP server where I could test.

Also, for syncing LDAP users, this Python script is better tested, so that it adds active users and removes inactive users correctly, but that code logic is not yet added directly to Javascript based WeKan:
