Add console.log test case for when not loaded as a module about adapter

I just tried the following as the last test

test('Non-module logging still works', function(t) {
  var logCount = 0;
  var saveConsole = console.log.bind(console);
  console.log = function() {
    logCount++;
    saveConsole.apply(saveConsole, arguments);
  };
  var script = document.createElement('script');
  script.src = 'adapter.js';
  (document.head||document.documentElement).appendChild(script);
  script.parentNode.removeChild(script);

  console.log = saveConsole;
  console.log(logCount);
});

While that doesn't work because the script is loaded async, it runs into an exception:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot redefine property: srcObject

So that doesn't work.
