All documentation links are broken about webpy

The previous attempt to migrate to github pages used a / at the end.

Need to write a 404 page to do redirect at the client.

I'm not sure if this is the same problem but I keep encountering broken links embedded in the documentation. For example:

http://webpy.org/cookbook/sessions

links to:

http://webpy.org/session_with_reloader

but the correct page is:

http://webpy.org/cookbook/session_with_reloader

Other examples:
