Thank you. But after remove config 'w3c: false', the problem still exists.

This seems like a connection issue:

Request failed with status 500 due to Could not start a new session. Error while creating session with the driver service. Stopping driver service: Could not start a
new session. Handshake response does not match any supported protocol

Can you try set protocol to https maybe? This is unlikely an issue with WebdriverIO itself and more related to the grid setup you have setup.
