This error is usually caused due to a network error somewhere up the pipe to Xero.

Could you please confirm this is only happening on partner applications? If so, you might want to verify that your local, partner SSL certificate provided by Xero is installed and working correctly.

When I try create public or private application all working perfect. So this exception only for parthner application.

I'm sorry, there is a lot that could be going wrong when you are using a partner application.

Have you submitted a request to Xero's API team to get a client-side partner certificate and then followed the steps to not only download it correctly from their SSL provider, but also the steps in the README for Xeroizer on how to extract and use that client-side SSL certificate in addition to your private key?

yes, we've spoken directly with the Xero API team (the partner team specifically) and they have not been able to provide any further information. We've also seen a few other people come across this same issue with no apparent fix. We have checked and double checked our Partner credentials (and entrust certs) and this issue still exists.

Unfortunately, I don't have a current partner certificate to do any testing with.

The only last thing I can suggest is to make sure your version of libssl is 0.9.8 (and not anything more recent). There have been some known issues with using later versions of libssl with a lot of different libraries.

Other potential things you may want to try include:

• Ensuring your demo account in Xero is no more than 30 days old, if it is, you need to recreate it
• Ensure you use the Entrust key with its password removed
• libssl should be 0.9.8
• Attempt to run the same code on a Linux box (I've encountered weird libssl versioning errors that are Mac-specific)

oooo. sorry. It was a problem with rvm and ssl. When I reinstall rvm all working fine! So issue is solved.
