Issue when saving invoice about xeroizer

This appears to either be a problem with the oauth library or Xero's API itself and I have put a support request to Xero.

There is a workaround if you want to fix for this specific issue and that is to change client.put to client.post on line 77 of lib/xeroizer/http.rb however, I'm not sure about the long term impact of switching to POST messages instead of PUT messages, so I don't want to make this change to the Xeroizer gem just yet.

Could you please post the Xero support response when you have it? It's good to know how "temporary" this solution is.

There appears to be something in OAuth 0.4.6 that is causing problems.

I have locked this gem to OAuth 0.4.5 and bumped the released version.

I will investigate the differences between 0.4.5 and 0.4.6 to see what they changed and why this causes problems.
