MacOS forgets display layout layout after wake about betterdisplay

Hi there - can you provide some crash logs so I can check (should be in macOS Console app)? Some questions:

Some follow-up questions:

• Does the reset issue happen when not using BetterDisplay?
• Which MBP is it and what are the display models?
• Do you use any virtual screens?

Some displays change their identifiers or might have a slow-wake bug which causes macOS to reset the display layout or behave in erratic ways.

Yeah same with me on this one.
I got a 27inch 2K monitor 100hz
It only got the 2560 x 1440p come default and lower was only 2048 x 1152
So I use BetterDisplay to add custom Resolution for it, which after I tick on those below options, it show me more of the resolutions and I was able to pick 2304 x 1296 as my suitable res, but I experienced the same problem with the post above
Which after waking up, my mac forgot all of this and I have to manualy untick and tick those option again => apply and then choose my custom resolution again

MacOS Sonoma generally has issues with some displays which can result in this. Since it's a macOS bug, we can hope it will be fixed. You can try enabling this:
