Restored weapon range feature isn't working about warzone2100

I started a new campaign with master version 3415bb9 to test Forgon's unit limit patch (#385) and you can't set the weapon range for the MG units. If you right click on the factory you can set the default range for the produced units but you can't change it when you right click on the combat unit.

The unit orders panel only shows buttons for weapon ranges if different
ranges are available. Campaign weapon stats have not been updated yet,
as you can see when looking at ./data/base/stats/weapons.json.

This branch will become the new camBalance mod we will test after the testing with your unit limit patch is finished. And the changes in weapons.json in this commit are making it impossible to use it with the current master version because we implemented new weapons for the Scavengers. In this commit the Scavengers are having the Twin and the Heavy MG for example.
