For the mounts, pay attention to setting mountpoint_len correctly. It's the length of the mountpoint.

CALLBACK_HTTP coming twice will be normal for a browser, it wants to see the icon of the page as well as the index.html. You can look at *in on the callback as a (const char *) to see the url path.
