That looks like a system crash ? Make sure your using the 64bit version of the app & game... make sure your on steam game files alpha 19.2 b4 then on the mod launcher select delete complete which will install it fresh... also maybe worth checking file integrity of the steam files as in your game files... Make sure everything is upto date as in drivers...
