Hi. I can't seem to download the dataset from the above-mentioned link as this error keeps popping up, "You don't have permission to access /downloads_new/cchen62/data/ on this server". Any help on how to overcome this would be much appreciated.

I'd like to recommend you and all the guys to adopt the Dat Desktop or command line to download the UCF_Crime dataset. The dat link is "dat://3b3e6b0949acac6ca2187f24400e2760eaed1dd2c0bb326515d7ee3ca01e82d3". More information about Dat on UCF wiki: http://newton.i2lab.ucf.edu/wiki/Dat.
I am downloading the dataset through this way. Only 17% have been downloaded.
