@MarjaE2 Thank you for your input.
We removed the movement on focus/hover. We left the border.
We plan to wrap the Back to Top button with prefers-reduced-motion.
It looks like from your other GitHub issues that you have that configured.
"click for page 2" loads new page data. I'm not seeing that there is animation that we can control?
Let us know if you have other input.
