Yes, same here, but very hard to provide a reproducable simple demo, since it's not there for all vue components and very hard to cherry pick out a simple vue component which can work without other files. With this update, the HMR is nearly useless, excatly same error message above. What I can sure is, if I reverted back to older releases, such as 3.4.21, the HMR worked without any issue

Hello, same here, after initialising with npm create vuetify@latest and adding in App.vue:

<v-app-bar>
      <v-app-bar-title>
        App title
      </v-app-bar-title>
</v-app-bar>

Hot reloading breaks in exactly the same way mentioned above.
A temporary fix is switching to vue 3.4.23. It is a very confusing bug.
