Support inspec about ansible_spec

I don't know inspec.
As far as l research, inspec need some variables(e.g. --host) to decide target host, when inspec exec running.
Do you know sample rakefile to run inspec exec?
If you have sample rakefile, I hope you upload it.

@volanja if inspec is executed locally, you do not need a host option. What do you need from InSpec to get this into this project?

@chris-rock FWIW I've switched to using Molecule, which supports "verifiers":

• testinfra
• serverspec
• goss
• bats

But not yet inspec as far as I'm aware.
