Fix iso building in container about vic

We can see if the photon team can supply these elements via their repo – after all what we’re doing is generating a customized photon boot image.

I nuked isolinux.bin and boot.cat from the repo. This breaks the iso build in the linux/Dockerfile. isolinux.bin can be grabbed from the build container. boot.cat needs to be looked at.

In any case, fix the iso building.

as far as I see they don't have a syslinux package. Maybe - for the short term - we can put those binaries somewhere public and download it during the build?

isolinux.bin is part of syslinux-common. So that should be fine. boot.cat I'm not sure we need. I'm experimenting now.

Ah my bad! We are building on top of golang image not on photon :)

Turns out xorriso will generate boot.cat. In any case, i have the iso booting now using syslinux/iso linux from the build container.
