VSphere users should be able to monitor containers about vic

This is very simple - using all the existing perf monitoring tools - except when we consider docker exec containers. In that case they are rolled up with the parent container as they're running in the same VM.

I think this is entirely acceptable from the viadmin point of view - it needs more thought when considering docker stats and docker top output for example.

@mdubya66 @sgairo I think presentation of container details such as image or ports is a different concern. Given this is solely about monitoring performance at a vsphere level I'm closing it - existing vm monitoring mechanisms are available.
