Using existing ENV vars in .env about phpdotenv

If it's in the .env file, you would do this:

DATABASE_DSN=mysql:host={$DB_PORT_3306_TCP_ADDR};dbname=p4

I am not sure if that will also pull in other existing environment variables. @kelvinj - do you know?

@schmunk42 if your variable is visible in PHP, then you can nest it as @vlucas said.

@schmunk42 I mean is visible as an environment variable, e.g. you can get it using $_ENV, $_SERVER, or getenv() then you're good to nest it.
