Although this is not officially supported, it looks like you are setting Child.prototype to a new instance of a Frisby object. I think you need to set it to Frisby's prototype.

Can you please explain the step of setting Child.prototype to Frisby's prototype. Because, i hope Frisby class is not exported to access the prototypes directly.

No, the class itself is not exposed. Frisby wasn't really designed for this use-case, but if you'd like to have it supported and are willing to do some work on it, I'd love to see a pull request for it.

I am going to close this. If there are things missing from Frisby that you want, please suggest them, open a specific issue, or submit a specific pull request. The inheritance model doesn't really fit well with JavaScript's prototype chain object model.
