Those messages are normal. People have been having this problem. Could you try switching to the stable channel?

How do I download the evernote app? it says not compatible in the chrome store.
And can i like keep this runtime going? no issues will come up right?

You cannot get apps from the Chrome web store. You have to build it yourself on Windows. See this wiki page. No issues should come up from keeping the runtime going.
