Ok, the problem will probably be in the API. When you try to sync, it says: "Cannot communicate with the back-end API. Your app authorization key may be missing or wrong, or your API key may be misconfigured."
The problem is that we don't have an API set up. Could it be solved somehow? Before the new year, it worked reliably, now not at all.

I am not completely sure if this problem is exactly the same as that other issue you mention. It could be, though. I will investigate this a little bit.

Regarding your comments about API:

• Ninja always uses a back-end API. It's either the public API run by me, or API you run on your own Azure infrastructure.
• If you don't have your own API, then check Ninja configuration in the settings (check Object ID Ninja section for both user and workspace settings) and see if you have Back End APIKey or Back End URL configured. If you do, they are probably misconfigured. If you really don't run your own API, then these fields should both be empty.
• While in any AL file, check the status bar for Authorized or Unauthorized section. If it's Authorized and your API configuration fields in settings are both empty, then it's most likely the same issue as #25 or #15

Please check these, and report your findings here.

There has been no reply to my previous message where I asked for more details. I cannot reproduce this problem and I am not sure what's going on.

Can you please give me more info as requested above? If you want, we can schedule a Teams session where you can demonstrate to me what's going on - it would help a lot in determining what's wrong.

However, if I don't hear back from you, I'll have to close this issue because I can't reproduce the problem in any of my sandbox environments.
