You might missed comma after 'vinsol-spree-contrib/spree_themes'
I got the same issue and add comma between github and branch works
So it should be looks like this
gem 'vinsol_spree_themes', github: 'vinsol-spree-contrib/spree_themes', branch: '3-2-stable'
from spree_themes.
